Dr. Jennifer Monti is a cardiologist with extensive experience caring for patients with a range of critical and chronic diseases. She received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Harvard College, and her doctorate of medicine and master of public health from Case Western Reserve University. She completed medical residency at Johns Hopkins University, and received a cardiology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She has served as a clinical lead on several biomedical engineering projects at Penn and Hopkins. Before her medical training, Dr. Monti worked in San Francisco as an emerging biotechnologies analyst. She has been a leader in the development of several entrepreneurial projects at the intersection of medicine and public health. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Shock Analytics.

picture_veenaVeena Krish, BSE, MSE candidate in bioengineering
Veena Krish is a computer scientist with a strong background in the biomedical sciences. She is currently completing her master’s in bioengineering at Penn. She also serves as a developer at the Philadelphia Game Lab. Ms. Krish has served as the Littlejohn Fellow in the Litt Translational Neuroimaging Lab at Penn. She is responsible for software development at Shock Analytics.


Sarah Nims, BSE
Sarah Nims is a biomedical engineer who graduated from Penn summa cum laude in 2015 with a BSE in bioengineering and a minor in chemistry. She is currently a Harrison Research Scholar in the Thoracic Surgery Research Lab at Penn. In this position, she focuses on the use of intra-operative fluorescence imaging techniques for the detection of cancer. Ms. Nims is primarily responsible for research and development activities related to market planning, clinical trials, and prototype development at Shock Analytics.


WB PhotoBill Bullard, MS, CFO
Bill was CFO of Fareportal, Inc. from 2007 through 2015 during the travel technology and online travel agency’s startup and rapid expansion to $4.5 billion in travel transaction revenue and 3,500 employees worldwide. He helped oversee the international expansion and development of the BPO operations in India and call centers in Mexico, Canada, and India, including acquisitions in Canada, England, and Mexico.

He is co-founder and President of Silver Spring Holdings, Inc. a private merchant bank. In that role, he has advised corporate clients on corporate development, M&A, strategic planning and finance issues facing growing companies. Additionally, he has had full P&L responsibility for several portfolio companies as CEO, focusing on sales and marketing, operations turnaround and corporate development.

Bill has extensive experience in finance and investor relations having been a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of a NYSE traded company. He has worked with private equity investors, mezzanine and senior lenders and corporate investor partners. While in the venture capital industry and as an investment banker, he has performed extensive financial and operating analysis and investment analysis for raising debt and equity capital.

Bob Harrinpicture_bobgton, COO
Bob Harrington joins Shock Analytics after thirty years of executive positions  in the health care sector. In addition to his current work as CEO of Midatlantic Aviation, he served as president and CEO of Amerimed Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of specialty and critical care products for the US market. He served as VP of business development at GeneEX, a medical diagnostics firm. He raised venture capital to guide the firm through the 510k approval process and managed the development of sales and marketing teams and execution. He has extensive experience in FDA clinical trials, 510k device submission, and approval, as well as FDA/GMP compliance procedures.
